Following a compensive health form and 3 day food and elimination diary the client fills in the week before an appointment, an initial full health consultation of 90 minutes ensures a fuller picture of your health holistically to help form an individual health plan specifically tailored for you. The aim is to work closely with you to support and improve your health using mainly lifestyle and dietary changes, including the use of supplements, herbal remedies, homeobotanicals, flower essences.

Relaxation Massages
Massage for Health
Relaxation massages are offered to help reduce stress, reduce muscle tension and improve lymphatic drainage to improve elimination of toxins from the body. Qualified with a level 4 Relaxation Massage certificate, you are in safe hands.

Alpha & Omega Health was founded in 2018 in Rotorua New Zealand by a qualified nurse who retrained as a naturopath gaining a Diploma in Naturopathy through the Naturopathic College of NZ (NCNZ) to provide comprehensive services that support and foster the holistic health of all clientele. A variety of treatments and services are offered to improve and help maintain your optimal health, holistically, including nutrition & lifestyle advice, quality practitioner supplements, herbal remedies, detox programs, relaxation massage & other natural alternative therapies. I love working with clients from all walks of life who share the common goal of bettering their mind, body, and soul.
